The Society of Labor Economists will hold its Twenty-Eighth Annual Meetings May 12–13, 2023, at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square.
The conference will feature keynotes by Ayşegül Şahin and Patrick Kline, as well as about 15 plenary presentations and a poster session. The conference will conclude with a panel discussion on the German labor market featuring leading policymakers and labor economists (Application deadline: March 15, 2023).
什么are the consequences of risky behaviors on individuals and society as a whole? Such behaviors (which can include, for example, alcohol and substance abuse, crime and delinquency, underage sexual activity, poor diets and sedentary lifestyles) can result in preventable deaths as well as substantial costs.
This annual meeting aimed to increase understanding of the underlying causes and consequences of such behaviors, and promote policies that can deal with these issues.
