David Jinkins is a graduate student in economics at the Pennsylvania State University. His research measures how workers moving between firms affect the diffusion of knowledge, and the role of networks in international trade. David holds degrees from National Taiwan University and Carleton College, and has received awards including a US Fulbright Fellowship, a NSF Summer Institute Fellowship, and a Taiwan Scholarship.

He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in January 2014.
