罗伯特Mahlstedt经济学助理教授omics at the University of Copenhagen. He completed his PhD at the University of Potsdam in 2017.

His research interests include the evaluation of public policies, labor economics, behavioral economics and microeconometrics. His current work focuses on the relevance of psychological motives and behavioral economic concepts for the job search behavior of unemployed workers and subsequent labor market outcomes.

Robert was a Resident Research Affiliate at IZA from 2012 until April 2017. He became a Research Affiliate in May 2017 and a Visiting Research Fellow in February 2021.
