Clotilde Napp is a full-time senior researcher at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS).
She graduated from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and obtained her PhD in applied mathematics at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She taught mathematics at the Université Paris Dauphine (Assistant Professor) before becoming researcher at the CNRS. Her research focuses primarily on financial economics and economics of uncertainty, and more recently on gender economics. She has published more than 40 articles in international scientific journals. She is a member of the scientific comittee of the UNESCO Chair "Women and Science".
Clotilde Napp joined IZA as a Research Fellow in June 2021.
