Jungho Kim received his Ph.D. in Economics at Brown University in May 2005 and is currently an Assistant Professor at Ajou University. His research interests are in the empirical analysis of the household behavior and the program evaluation regarding fertility, labor, health and consumption in developing countries. His dissertation is focused on the impact of economic development on fertility decline in Indonesia. He is currently working on the return to early childhood investment, the labor market effect of maternity leave and the method of program evaluation.
He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in January 2006 and became a Research Fellow in March 2009.
