Linguère Mously Mbaye is Principal Fragility and Resilience Officer at the African Development Bank in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Research Economist in the same institution. She completed her PhD from the Center for Studies and Research in International Development(CERDI)-University of Auvergne (France) in April 2013.

Her main fields of interest are Development Economics,Labor Economics, Applied Microeconomics, Migration, Gender, and Economic and policy analysis.

Linguère became an IZA Research Associate in September 2012. She also served as Deputy Program Director for the Employment and Development Area from September 2013 to September 2015. She is currently an IZA Research affiliate after joining the African Development Bank Group in October 2015.
