Melike Wulfgramm学习经济和社会Policy at the University of Groningen (NL), Victoria University of Wellington (NZ) and University of Bremen (DE). Since October 2009 she works as a research fellow at the Centre of Social Policy Research and the Collaborative Research Centre Transformations of the State at the University of Bremen. She has submitted her Ph.D. on the effects of labour market policy on subjective well-being and job match quality in Spring 2014 under the supervision of Herbert Obinger and Andrew Oswald.

Melike's research interests include applied labour economics, happiness economics, attitudes and political economy, with a particular focus on the outcomes of labour market policy and the welfare state. Furthermore, she is currently editing a volume on the effects of welfare state transformations on different dimensions of social inequality.

She joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in August 2012.
