作为记录几个国家，人口老龄化有多种对劳动力市场的影响。While for Germany there are some studies that analyze the effects of demographic changes on firms (e.g. through changes in product demand), the effects on regional labor markets (e.g. labor income and employment opportunities of workers, economic development, application and development of new technologies) are less understood. In this project we want to close this gap and examine the effects of age structure changes on local labor markets and how this contributes to regional inequalities.
