Many research projects at IZA and in our global network are concerned with strategies to promote diversity and integration. For example, IZA has published over 300 working papers dealing withdiscrimi国家in the labor market, and more than 600 papers related to the broader topic ofinequality.
We also aim to contribute our small share to improving the everyday lives of the disadvantaged by supporting the “Aktion高洁的人”, a nationwide social lottery in Germany that funds more than 1,000 social projects per month in the field of disability and, more generally, inclusion in society.
