Adrian Chadi is an empirical researcher who uses experimental and quasi-experimental approaches to address applied research questions. He is assistant professor for personnel economics and human resource management at the University of Konstanz. Previously, he worked at the labor market research institute IAAEU in Trier. His other research topics include education, media, health and happiness. He has published his work in Management Science and other journals.
