Dominik Spitza has been responsible for the organizational planning and rollout of IZA workshops and conferences since 2012. In the role of a Senior Event Manager, he also oversees the Twitter channel @iza_event. At the interface to labor market research, he also contributes to the content preparation of IZA reports. During his East Asian studies at the University of Cologne, he gained experience in event management and marketing as a student brand manager.
