IZA organizes and co-organizes a variety of events: On a weekly basis, theIZA Research Seminarprovides a forum for IZA staff, visitors and the interested public to discuss the latest research in labor economics. IZA cooperates closely with University of Bonn in contributing to theireconomics department seminar seriesand organizing joint seminars.
IZA workshops and conferencesinclude high-profile events in Bonn and other locations in Germany and abroad, with topics ranging from gender issues to pension reform.
现电动车系列中的亮点之一ents is the annualIZA/SOLE Transatlantic Meeting of Labor Economists, a cooperation with the U.S.-based Society of Labor Economists. TheEuropean Summer Symposium in Labour Economics(ESSLE) is a joint initiative with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR, London) bringing together renowned labor economists and young researchers to discuss research findings and to establish contacts for future cooperation.
A number of advanced graduate students from Europe or European universities are selected each year to participate in theIZA Summer School in Labor Economicsin order to study new areas in labor economics and to discuss their own ideas with established researchers.
In addition, we offer information and links to variousinternational conferencesand meetings. |
